  • Place and follow up on orders with suppliers.
  • Monitor supply lead times and perform necessary follow-ups.
  • Verify the compliance of orders and their correct drafting.
  • Validate orders in compliance with the purchasing procedure.
  • Control invoices.
  • Follow up on any supplier disputes: declaration, return of goods, and requests for credit notes.
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of purchases in the ERP.
  • Update and monitor dashboards and indicators for the purchasing process.

Participate in the development and monitoring of the supplier panel

You contribute to the evolution of our supplier panel:

  • Search for new suppliers based on the company's needs.
  • Participate in the selection of suppliers.
  • Support departments during supplier meetings.
  • Participate in the integration of new suppliers into the panel.
  • Ensure the follow-up of actions defined within the framework of the purchasing process.

Above all, we are looking for a rigorous, organized person who is comfortable in exchanges with suppliers.

You have a Bac +2 degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, or Sales Assistance.

Initial experience in purchasing is required. Experience in the industrial sector, and ideally in the décolletage industry, is a plus.

You possess the following skills:

  • Mastery of Pack Office, notably Word and Excel.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different interlocutors.
  • Technical English at level B1.
