Sr Procurement Analyst - Indirects

Responsibilities and assignments What will your responsibilities and challenges be?

• Experience in purchasing indirect materials and contracting services;
• Prospect and develop suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical, legal, and quality criteria;
• Analyze and technically equalize proposals;
• Master strategic purchasing processes, such as Strategic Sourcing, RFI, and RFQ;
• Acting in compliance with compliance policies, corporate ethics, and procurement best practices;
• Management of contracts and SLAs with logistics service providers;
• Act continuously in identifying opportunities for contract generation and in negotiating for cost reduction;
• Consolidate the procurement needs for materials and services from user areas.

Requirements and qualifications What do you need to have/know/demonstrate?

• Completed higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Logistics. Post-graduation is desirable;
• Experience with product negotiations and service contracting (Mandatory);
• Intermediate English;
• Presentation skills;
• Mastery of Office package (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint);
• Desirable knowledge in BI and Procurement Systems;
• Good interpersonal communication and ability to act in a multidisciplinary environment;
