Supply Chain Management Expert (m/f/d)

A DIVERSE MIX – YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

As an Expert (m/f/d) in Supply Chain Management, you will support the team in the development, management, and scaling of sustainable supply chain projects along global botanical value chains, involving our suppliers, customers, research institutions, and other partners. The following activities fall within your area of responsibility:

• Developing and implementing innovative sustainability, climate, and transparency solutions, especially in the areas of Regenerative Agriculture, biodiversity, Living Income, working conditions, water, and decarbonization
• Analyzing, utilizing, and further developing sustainability data, digital solutions, and transparency systems to support regulatory requirements and customer-oriented business models
• Supporting Sales and Key Account Management in the development of customer-specific sustainability solutions, as well as conducting customer workshops and project discussions
• Implementing regulatory sustainability requirements (including EUDR, CSRD, CSDDD) as well as assessing and managing sustainability risks in global supply chains

NATURALLY QUALIFIED - YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed studies in the field of sustainability management, agricultural sciences, environmental sciences, economics, or a comparable discipline
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of sustainability, Supply Chain Management, climate management, or international project work
• Sound understanding of global supply chains as well as sustainability and risk management systems
• Experience in the development, management, and implementation of international projects with various stakeholders
• Very good analytical skills as well as experience in handling sustainability data, KPIs, and reporting requirements
• Confident handling of digital applications and data management systems
• Business fluent English and Spanish skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
• High level of initiative, desire to shape, and strength in implementation
