Customs Manager (M/F)

Join Martell as a Customs Manager / Customs Expert for our teams in Cognac! In a warm working environment, close to the vineyards and production sites, you will be the reference expert in customs matters, guaranteeing the reliability and compliance of our import/export operations for our two AOC, at the heart of Maison Martell.

Your key missions?

You ensure customs regulatory monitoring (Administration des Douanes, BNIC, FFS, external advisors) and implement new regulations and procedures - while ensuring their proper application within the relevant departments

You manage all customs authorizations and permits (DCN, EE, EA, Certex), lead AEO certification, and ensure the follow-up of powers of attorney related to customs clearance

You control import/export customs declarations, supervise clearances (including non-compliant MMPJ cases), manage customs disputes, and ensure rigorous archiving of files

You are the reference expert interlocutor for all internal departments (ADV, Logistique, Comptabilité, IT, QSE) and external partners (Douane, BNIC, freight forwarders, carriers, customs representatives)

You lead the evolution of customs systems (GAMMA - DELTA) and serve as the Key User for all specific tools related to customs clearance (ERP, Concerto, Bewease)

You are a proactive force for the continuous improvement of customs processes, in connection with IT teams, and ensure the follow-up of corrective actions resulting from audits and regulatory changes

You have a BAC+4/5 in logistics with a specialization in Customs and have at least 10 years of experience in the spirits sector and customs procedure management

You have a confirmed mastery of the Union Customs Code, DELTA IE declarations, AEO certification, and GAMMA/ACCESS2MARKET/RITA tools; professional English is indispensable

You are recognized for your rigor, proactivity, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills, all of which are essential qualities to evolve as an expert within a prestigious international group
