The Job Profile
- Support for our customers in the field regarding machine and process problems
in the areas of mechanics, control technology / programming, electrics, and pneumatics
- Diagnosis of the cause of error, independent problem solving, and documentation of service assignments
- Customer-oriented work in close cooperation with sales
- Intensive communication with the process specialists and the operations management at our main plant in Italy
- Possible expansion through the assumption of tasks in our laboratory and training center at the Karlsruhe location
Your Profile
- Vocational training in a technical field, preferably mechatronics
- English in spoken and written form, Italian skills are an advantage
- A high degree of reliability, flexibility, and initiative
- High willingness to travel in Germany and neighboring countries
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Driver's license class B
