(Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) - Strategic People & Organization Advisory, Europe

Role purpose: Provide strategic People & Organization advisory to help European clients improve organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, leadership, and change execution. Partner with client stakeholders to diagnose issues, design solutions, and support implementation with measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures, operating models, and workforce capabilities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Design and deliver People & Organization initiatives (e.g., talent strategy, leadership development, culture, performance management, HR transformation).
• Plan and execute change management, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption tracking.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews; synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear deliverables.
• Develop client-ready materials (presentations, roadmaps, business cases) and support proposal development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe; manage workstreams, timelines, and quality.

Required skills and experience

• Consulting experience in People & Organization, HR strategy, organizational design, or change management.
