Responsibilities: Handle the recruitment and selection process, including CV screening, interviews, and hiring. Manage employee administration and personnel files. Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records. Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other HR documents. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation. Coordinate employee performance evaluations and training. Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters. Coordinate with Heads of Department (HOD) regarding manpower and employee matters. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Prepare HR reports for management. Support employee engagement and hotel activities. Perform other HR duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Good knowledge of HR administration and recruitment processes. Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible. Able to maintain confidentiality of employee information. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Willing to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
