Barista

Job Responsibility :

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment efficiently.
• Perform calibration and maintain consistent beverage quality.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and workstation in accordance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Carry out opening procedures, restock ingredients and supplies, and perform closing duties.
• Monitor daily inventory and report stock replenishment needs.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.
• Explain the menu and recommend beverages to customers.
• Prepare and serve orders within the established service time standards.

Qualifications :

• Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista preferebly in a coffe shop or cafe.
• Friendly, positive, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Available to join immediately is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
