Legal Intern

Your goal Ready to bring your legal knowledge to life? As a Legal Intern at Marktlink, you will work on real deals and discover how entrepreneurship and law intersect. You will support the Legal team in mergers and acquisitions and receive plenty of opportunities to develop yourself in an environment full of energy and ambition.

Your responsibilities Contributing to the drafting and reviewing of legal documentation;

Drafting background analyses and providing a presentation on your findings;

Supporting legal research and transaction documentation;

Preparing closing and signing documents;

Collaborating with Legal Counsels, consultants, and external advisors.

Your profile Final-year Bachelor or Master's student in Law with an affinity for corporate and contract law;

Analytical, meticulous, and responsible;

Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English;

Internship of 2 months, 5 days per week (less in consultation);

We preferably seek someone who can start immediately. We would also love to hear when it would suit you;

Residing in the Amsterdam region.
