Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pesticides and chemical agents following strict safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal. Utilize integrated pest management techniques to develop environmentally responsible solutions that minimize chemical use. Engage with customers to explain pest control procedures, answer questions, and recommend ongoing prevention strategies. Promote sales by identifying customer needs for additional services or products, effectively presenting solutions to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, safety procedures followed, and customer interactions in compliance with regulatory standards. Follow safety protocols Drive company vehicles responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines during service routes. Stay informed about the latest pest control innovations, entomology research, and pesticide management practices through ongoing training. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must have smartphone with data plan Knowledge of pest control methods, pesticide application techniques, and integrated pest management strategies preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating company vehicles preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
