If you have 2-4 years of related experience as a roofer, the following skills and experience, and would like to join the team, apply today.

*Experience:*

• 3?5+ years of hands-on roofing experience
• Proven work with residential and/or commercial roofing systems
• Experience with multiple materials:
• Asphalt shingles
• Metal roofing
• Flat roofs (EPDM, TPO, torch-on, etc.)
• Ability to complete jobs with minimal supervision

*Skills & Technical Knowledge*

• Roof installation, repair, and replacement
• Flashing, ventilation, and waterproofing systems
• Leak detection and troubleshooting
• Ability to read blueprints and roofing specs
• Skilled in using roofing tools and equipment safely
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards

*Physical Requirements*

• Lift 50?100 lbs. regularly
• Work at heights and on steep slopes
• Stand, bend, and kneel for long periods
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions

*Safety Requirements*

• Knowledge of fall protection systems
• Experience using: Harnesses, Guardrails, Ladders and scaffolding
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Roofing: 1 year (preferred)
