Activities: Supervise telephone calls of your assigned sales agents. Provide support and follow-up on doubts for your assigned sales agents. Maintain daily communication with the Team Leaders. Motivate Team leaders and sales agents to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals. Conduct weekly briefings to provide feedback to the sales teams. Develop presentations and talks to motivate and educate the callcenter agents. Perform sales work for vacation packages and lead follow-up when required. Update knowledge on trends and news in the tourism industry. What we are looking for: Excellent communication skills (fluency of speech). Experience in sales and/or callcenter sales (indispensable). Intermediate-advanced English. Adaptability and flexibility. Being extroverted with lots of positive energy. Preferable knowledge in tourism. Teamwork. Customer orientation.
