Due to the opening of a new consumption center, we are looking for a Barista Supervisor passionate about coffee culture, exceptional service, and leading high-performance teams.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced conversational English.
• Experience in supervision, coordination, and training of barista teams.
• Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, quality standards, and service.
• Cash handling, cash closing, and preparation of sales reports.
• Inventory control, supplies, and ordering from warehouse and suppliers.
• Leadership, organization, and results-oriented skills.
• Orientation towards operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the barista team.
• Supervise the daily operation of the new consumption center.
• Guarantee the quality, presentation, and consistency of beverages and products.
• Ensure compliance with Marival Resorts' service, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
• Manage inventories, supplies, and administrative controls of the area.
• Create exceptional experiences that strengthen the satisfaction and loyalty of our guests.
