Pool Concierge

Job Opportunity! We are looking for your talent as a Pool Concierge to join our Guest Service team. Functions: Provide information about hotel facilities, schedules, services, and activities. Provide services that satisfy the community and guest fun in the pool and beach area. Keep the pool and beach area clean, aligned, and set up. Follow-up and resolution of any request, dissatisfaction, or incident. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in the position (indispensable). Handling of hotel systems. Intermediate-advanced English. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Schedule availability. Preferably residing in Bahía de Banderas or Puerto Vallarta.
