Job Opportunity! We are looking for your talent as a Butler to join our Guest Service team.

Functions:

• Coordinate and align the guest's stay from pre-arrival to departure.
• Provide information about facilities, activities, and services.
• Manage guest needs efficiently.
• Direct and organize additional services according to guest requests.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
• Analyze and resolve situations that arise during the guests' stay.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler.
• Management of hotel systems and office programs.
• Intermediate - advanced conversational English (indispensable).
• Experience in 4 diamond hotel standards.
• Communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Schedule availability.
• Preferably residing in Bahia de Banderas or Puerto Vallarta.
