Tourism Driver - Tourism DMC

We are looking for a Tourism Operator to join our team at MARITUR DMC. As a Tourism Operator, you will be the key link between our clients and tourism service providers. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that every trip is unforgettable, safe, and punctual for our clients, complying with traffic regulations and the procedures established by the company, offering luxury and quality service, and ensuring that clients enjoy a seamless experience.

Minimum requirements for the position include solid knowledge of destinations and tourism services, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in tourism or a related industry is a plus. Additionally, you must have a positive attitude and an open mind to adapt to the diverse needs of clients.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive assigned vehicles: Suburban High Country, Sprinter diésel.
• Verify the mechanical condition of the vehicle before each workday (levels, tires, brakes, etc.).
• Offer exceptional customer service, guaranteeing a comfortable and pleasant experience.
• Coordinate with the Trafico and operations team to comply with established routes and scheduled delivery times.
• Maintain activity records and report any incident or situation that compromises the quality of service.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including holidays.
• Comply with road safety regulations and internal transport policies.

Other Requirements:

• Current FEDERAL license.
• Current psychophysical exam.
• Intermediate English.
• Previous experience as a driver in the tourism sector or luxury transport.
• Good knowledge of local routes Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit.
• Orientation, responsibility, and punctuality skills.
• Use of electronic devices for navigation and operation logging.
