Assistant Cook

Marie's Lapis Cafe is look for an assistant cook because we are opening another outlet at Marine Parade. The task is simple but repetitive. The kitchen is hot, lots of preparation work because we serve Peranakan Cuisine. We are looking for someone who share the same vision to grow Globally not just locally. The journey is long and hazardous, most don't make it. You are to:

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking Peranakan dishes consistently and accurately to maintain quality standards
• Work efficiently in a hot kitchen environment to support daily food preparation and service demands
• Follow kitchen safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and support outlet opening activities
• Adapt to repetitive tasks with focus and stamina to sustain productivity throughout shifts
• Embrace the company’s vision for growth and innovation in the F&B industry

We are in F&B and it means a lot of headwind.
