Experience in the financial or brokerage sector is welcome knowledge of the capital market and investment processes experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment basic knowledge of SQL experience in testing mobile applications ISTQB Foundation Level certificate Work organization in a team working in teams developing the digital channels of the Brokerage Office cooperation with developers, analysts, business, and external system providers working in an Agile / Scrum model using Jira and Confluence tools participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives hybrid work model the possibility of having a real impact on the quality of developed products and testing processes Projects / challenges / development opportunities development and maintenance of the digital channels of the mBank Brokerage Office participation in projects related to investing and the capital market testing solutions used by thousands of customers co-creating quality standards in the area of digital channels possibility of developing towards automated testing, business analysis, or quality management acquiring domain knowledge in the area of the capital market and investment products

Daily tasks

• Scope of responsibilities
• testing functionalities implemented in the digital channels of the Brokerage Office from the end-user perspective (GUI)
• performing functional tests of changes delivered within sprints
• supporting the development team in the ongoing verification of implemented changes
• verifying implementation compliance with acceptance criteria defined by the business
• identifying, registering, and verifying application bugs
• cooperating with developers in analyzing the causes of bugs and verifying fixes
• performing regression tests of digital channels based on scenarios provided by the business
• identifying missing test cases and submitting proposals for their completion to business owners
• preparing and maintaining test documentation
• reporting test results and the quality of delivered solutions
• passing on observations regarding problems occurring outside the developed channels (e.g., configurations of external and backend systems)
• cooperation with business partners, analysts, developers, administrators, and solution providers

Requirements

Requirements minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications practical knowledge of software testing processes ability to design and execute test scenarios experience in conducting functional and regression tests experience working with test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, TestRail) ability to analyze business requirements and acceptance criteria ability to identify problems and report them effectively good knowledge of the software development life cycle ability to cooperate with development and business teams good work organization and independence communicative knowledge of English
