Your missions

We are currently looking for Front Office Business Analysts for a major investment bank: You will be part of an international team composed of Business Analysts, developers, quants, and IT experts, working on strategic and varied projects.

You will contribute to major projects for the Front Office, including: -Implementation of a financial products lifecycle management application to automate pre-trade transactions; -Gathering and translating business needs, writing specifications and test plans; -Validation of new versions (UAT and non-regression testing); -Coordination with IT teams, quants, and traders on exotic topics, RFQ, liquidity management, and cross-assets booking; -Monitoring the traders' living backlog and participating in weekly releases on pricing platforms; -Training and supporting users.

Profile sought

We are looking for demanding Business Analysts, passionate about market finance and wishing to evolve in complex environments. -Graduate of an engineering school or a Bac +5 / Master's university curriculum; Solid knowledge of market finance with previous experience as a Business Analyst; -Ability to gather, analyze, and formalize business needs while working in close collaboration with IT teams; -Good level of English to evolve in an international environment; -Strong interest in demanding environments where rigor and the quality of deliverables are essential; -Analytical mind, sense of challenge, and taste for high value-added projects.
