Production Planning and Inventory Control.

Margaux is a Jakarta-based fashion brand creating contemporary womenswear with a focus on thoughtful design, quality, and timeless pieces.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a PPIC Staff to join our team and help manage our production, purchasing, inventory, and product data — ensuring everything from raw materials to finished products is well-organized and tracked accurately.

What You'll Do

• Manage and monitor production planning and schedules for new collections and ongoing production.
• Track the progress of new product development, sampling, and production from start to finish.
• Handle purchasing of fabrics, trims, packaging, and other production-related materials.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers and production vendors to ensure materials and products are delivered according to schedule.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records using Accurate.
• Monitor stock movement, production usage, and inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory, purchasing, and production data to support restocking and production decisions.
• Prepare regular reports related to inventory, purchasing, production progress, and stock levels.
• Identify potential stock shortages, overstock, production delays, or other operational issues and proactively communicate solutions.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 1–3 years of experience in PPIC, production, inventory, purchasing, or a related role.
• Has experience working in fashion, garment, retail, or manufacturing — preferred.
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Has experience using Accurate or similar accounting/inventory software.
• Is proactive and comfortable following up with suppliers and vendors.
• Can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Has strong problem-solving and communication skills.
