Branch Manager

Lead overall branch operations (Sales, Distribution, Warehouse, Admin)

Achieve sales revenue, margin, and profitability targets.

Manage inventory and control operational costs.

Build strong relationships with principals and key customers

Analyze financial and operational performance, and execute corrective action plans.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.

Develop and lead a high-performing branch team.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG distribution

Strong knowledge of branch operations, inventory, and financial management

Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the industry

Proven track record in revenue growth and operational efficiency

Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

Willing to be placed across Indonesia
