Manager/Assistance Manager Engineering EIT

Lead and supervise all Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecommunication (EIT) engineering activities for offshore, marine, and industrial projects.

Plan, coordinate, review, and approve EIT engineering deliverables including design calculations, specifications, philosophies, datasheets, reports, drawings, and material requisitions.

Manage and coordinate vendor packages and subcontractors from technical evaluation through project completion.

Interface with clients, shipyards, EPC contractors, classification societies, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as IEC, IEEE, API, NFPA, SOLAS, IMO requirements, and Classification Society Rules (ABS, DNV, LR, BV, CR, RINA, CCS).

Lead design reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL assessments, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.

Support project tendering activities including technical proposal development, cost estimation, and engineering man-hour estimation.

Manage engineering resources, schedules, budgets, and project risks to achieve project objectives.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers, designers, and subcontractors.

Review and approve power system studies, lighting calculations, cable sizing, short circuit studies, load flow analysis, hazardous area classification, and control system architectures.

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces with Mechanical, Piping, Structural, Naval Architecture, and Process disciplines.

Support offshore site activities, construction, commissioning, integration, and client acceptance tests.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering quality, efficiency, and standardization.
