Job Purpose
We are looking for a BI Tech Lead to lead the technical execution of Business Intelligence solutions, ensuring quality, compliance with standards, and the correct delivery of analytical projects. You will be the main link between the Delivery team and the BI factory, coordinating priorities, requirements, and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
- Lead and prioritize the technical execution of the BI team.
- Coordinate requirements, timelines, and capacity with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Guarantee quality and compliance with standards in the developed solutions.
- Provide technical support in complex projects and incidents.
- Lead the training process and transfer of solutions to operational teams.
- Identify improvement opportunities in BI processes, tools, and solutions.
Requirements
- Professional in Systems Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Experience as a Tech Lead, Senior BI Developer, technical leader, or technology project coordinator.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
- Knowledge in Data Warehouse, Data Lake/Lakehouse, data integration, and transformation processes.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Intermediate/advanced English.
- Desirable: Azure, Tableau, Git, AI applied to data, or Machine Learning.
