It is currently seeking an educational leader to accompany the strategic evolution of the organization and contribute to its sustainability and growth toward the coming decades.
Purpose of the role
To comprehensively lead the educational institution, ensuring the execution of the Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI), academic excellence, pedagogical innovation, administrative sustainability, and the integral formation of students.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the institutional strategy and its future evolution.
- Guarantee academic quality and teaching-learning processes.
- Drive educational innovation and the development of the teaching team.
- Strengthen the relationship with students, families, and the educational community.
- Manage high-performance teams and attract educational talent.
- Ensure institutional sustainability, positioning, and reputation.
- Develop national and international strategic alliances.
Required profile:
- Professional in areas such as Education, Psychology, Law, Sociology, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Education, MBA, or related areas.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the educational sector, with at least 5 years leading management positions.
- Experience leading educational institutions, preferably with accreditation processes or international recognition.
- Advanced English (C1).
- Leader with strategic vision, capacity for transformation, relationship building, effective communication, and results orientation.
The position is based in Medellín, with permanent interaction with another campus in oriente Antioqueño and availability for national and international travel.
