Legal Manager

An important company in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for its Legal Manager, who will face the challenge of comprehensively leading the company's legal and regulatory strategy. The position will be responsible for ensuring the legal, contractual, and regulatory solidity of the operation, acting as a strategic ally to the General Management and supporting key processes related to sector regulation, structured finance, compliance, and risk management. Responsibilities: Comprehensively lead the company's legal function. Support the legal structuring and administration of Project Finance schemes. Manage the relationship with national and international financiers. Ensure regulatory compliance before sector entities. Lead and negotiate contracts. Coordinate external firms specialized in regulatory, financial, labor, environmental, and litigation matters. Ensure the articulation of the legal function with the corporate compliance system. Actively participate in strategic business decision-making. Profile Lawyer with a specialization or master's degree in Financial Law, Energy, Regulation, Business, or related areas. Minimum 10 years of experience. Solid experience in: Project Finance, contractual structuring, management of covenants, relationship with banks and financiers.

Knowledge of: SAGRILAFT, PTEE, compliance, and risk management.

Intermediate – advanced English B2.
