Director of Experience, Wellness, and Community Ecosystem

Mission Lead comprehensively a business unit of great complexity and scale, guaranteeing its growth, financial sustainability, social impact, and strategic evolution, while developing memorable experiences that generate connection, recurrence, and preference.

Main responsibilities Define and execute the long-term strategic vision of the business. Design and evolve experiences that integrate wellness, culture, nature, entertainment, learning, and community. Identify global trends and convert them into new opportunities for growth, differentiation, and innovation. Lead the development of new products, services, formats, and experiences. Comprehensively manage the financial, operational, social, and environmental results of the business unit. Define and prioritize strategic investments, transformation projects, expansion, and renewal. Strengthen the positioning and relevance of the value proposition for current audiences and new segments. Build alliances with public, private, and territorial actors that expand the impact and sustainability of the model. Lead large-scale multidisciplinary teams promoting a culture of innovation, service, and excellence. Implement management models based on performance indicators, user experience, sustainability, and impact.

Required experience More than 10 years leading business units, service platforms, or complex ecosystems. Experience managing multi-site structures and large teams. Track record leading processes of transformation, growth, innovation, or new business development. Experience with direct responsibility over financial results and comprehensive P&L management. Demonstrated capacity to lead investments, strategic projects, and organizational change processes.

Requirements

Intermediate - advanced English. Availability for national and international travel. High capacity for relationship building with public, private actors, and executive teams.
