Qualifications

Concrete pump operation skills, including setup, safe handling of hoses and pipelines, and controlled placement of concrete on various types of construction projects. Equipment inspection and basic maintenance abilities, with the capacity to identify minor mechanical issues and perform routine cleaning and servicing of machinery. Strong understanding of construction site safety practices, including adherence to company and regulatory safety procedures and use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Ability to read and follow basic construction plans or instructions, communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members, and coordinate work to meet project schedules. Physical ability to work in outdoor environments, stand for extended periods, lift and move hoses or related equipment, and perform tasks in varying weather conditions. Previous experience operating concrete pumps or similar heavy construction equipment is highly beneficial. Relevant vocational training or certification in heavy equipment operation or construction technology is an advantage. Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
