Formulate Standards: Establish, update, and enforce firm-wide BIM standards, templates, object libraries, and workflows.

BIM Execution Plans (BEP): Author and implement project-specific BEPs, defining digital delivery requirements and protocols for client approval.

Common Data Environment (CDE): Set up, manage, and audit our CDE platforms to optimize multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Software Evaluation: Manage and optimize software deployments, license allocations, and plug-in integrations (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) .

Process Automation: Explore and deploy automation tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python, or API integrations) to eliminate repetitive tasks and increase drafting speed.

IT Collaboration: Partner with the IT department to troubleshoot software performance issues, hardware specifications, and cloud rendering resources.

Mentorship: Supervise and mentor project-level BIM Coordinators and Modelers, helping them advance their technical and management skills.

Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality control audits on project models to guarantee data integrity, file health, and adherence to company standards.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit , Navisworks, Dynamo, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Strong familiarity with international BIM standards .

Engineering Bachelors from Governmental University.

5 to 8 years of experience.
