STARTING JANUARY 2027, WE ARE LOOKING FOR REINFORCEMENT FOR OUR PRSI DEPARTMENT. AS THE CENTRAL CONTACT POINT FOR PRODUCT SAFETY AND REGULATORY ISSUES, WE MAKE AN IMPORTANT CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESS OF OUR PRODUCTS WORLDWIDE.

YOUR TASKS AT MARABU:

• Classification and labeling of our products in accordance with applicable hazardous substance and dangerous goods regulations for international markets
• Creation and maintenance of safety data sheets as well as legally relevant labeling texts
• Execution of product notifications at national and international contact points
• Maintenance and administration of product- and raw material-related master data in specialized EHS systems
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as the compliance of our product portfolio
• Advising and supporting internal and external bodies on issues of product safety and compliance
• Collaboration in professional associations as well as participation in specialist working groups

YOUR PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL EXPERTISE:

• Completed scientific studies, ideally in the field of chemistry, chemical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally knowledge of national and international chemical law, especially REACH and CLP/GHS
• Experience in the field of food contact materials and/or toy regulation is an advantage
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Willingness for occasional business trips domestically and abroad
• Structured, analytical, and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with various internal and external contact persons
• Team spirit, reliability, and a high awareness of quality
