Customer Care Specialist

Location: Yerevan, Armenia Company: MAQOOR Dry Cleaning Salary: Starting from 200,000 AMD Schedule:

Shift 1: 09:00 – 18:00

Shift 2: 13:00 – 22:00

One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is a working day according to the shift schedule.

About the Role

MAQOOR is looking for a versatile and customer-oriented team member to join our Customer Care Department. This position combines both Reception and Garment Examination responsibilities, allowing team members to fully support customer operations and replace one another when needed.

The Customer Care Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, professional garment consultation, accurate order intake, garment examination, and ensuring the highest service standards throughout the customer journey.

Customer Service & Reception

Welcome customers and provide professional consultation regarding MAQOOR services.

Receive garments and create customer orders in the system.

Explain cleaning methods, pricing, delivery times, and service recommendations.

Process cash and non-cash payments.

Issue completed orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, messaging applications, and in person.

Support customers with alterations, special requests, and service recommendations.

Garment Examination & Order Processing

Examine garments upon intake and identify stains, damages, fabric composition, and special care requirements.

Photograph garments and document their condition.

Recommend appropriate cleaning, restoration, and alteration services.

Record all necessary information accurately in the system.

Communicate special garment requirements to production teams.

Assist with quality control and order verification before delivery.

Support other departments when operationally required.

Mandatory

Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service mindset.

Ability to work with computer applications and office software.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to learn garment examination and textile care standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, dry cleaning, laundry, beauty, medical, or other service-based industries.

Higher education degree.

Degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, Philology, or related fields is considered an advantage.

Experience in sales or customer consulting is an advantage.
