Spare Parts Identification & Cataloging: Review technical drawings, parts manuals, and historical equipment data to identify exact part numbers and specifications.
Technical Offers & Quotations: Prepare accurate technical specifications, commercial offers, and spare parts pricing for clients or internal maintenance teams.
Sourcing & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with international or local manufacturers and suppliers to request quotes, order components, and track shipping timelines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline. (Females Preferred)
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in spare parts management, maintenance, warranty operations, or technical sales support (Marine equipment industries).
Technical & Software Skills:
Proficiency in reading engineering manuals and parts catalogs.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills to deal with both suppliers and clients.
