Responsibilities and assignments

• Participate in the school's planning process, implementation of pedagogical projects, and special projects;
• Pedagogical support in the implementation and improvement of pedagogical proposals.
• Develop, together with the pedagogical team, the curricular integration of the teaching materials used for the pedagogical proposals.
• Define and apply professional development strategies for educators and coordinators for the continuous improvement of the application of pedagogical proposals.
• Observe classes, generating evaluation reports and action plans to support each educator.
• Develop manuals to standardize support for educators.
• Monitor training actions and provide feedback on execution, guiding on the needs for adjustment or alteration.
• Participate in the production, monitoring, and speaking at exclusive events for the schools.
• Identify pedagogical needs for educators and direct demands arising from school directors.
• Participate in the selection processes for educators, analyzing resumes, interviewing candidates, and generating a report per candidate.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in educator development and training
• Fluent/proficient English - we are a bilingual school through immersion
• Experience in school management and the classroom
• Knowledge in second language acquisition
• Completed Higher Education in Pedagogia, Licenciatura, and similar
• Postgraduate degree.
