Responsibilities and duties

• Support teachers in activities;
• Guide, prepare, and organize the resources necessary for the performance of activities, according to the teacher's planning;
• Assist in classroom routines;
• Act in guiding students for the smooth running of activities inside and outside the classroom;
• Perform behavioral interventions when a student needs regulation inside the classroom;
• Organize the classroom space, before and after class;
• Accompany students in external activities (playground, quadra, and squares), supporting the student in external classroom routines, such as entry, exit, lunch, snack procedures, among others, ensuring safety, organization, and good behavior;
• Know and study the planning, bringing suggestions when deemed necessary;
• Identify needs for purchase, maintenance, and removal of pedagogical support materials as planned in the school calendar and request them from the responsible departments;
• Organize student portfolios at the end of each semester to present to parents;
• Build a professional bond with students to facilitate their learning and development process;
• Check and/or monitor the checking of backpacks

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education or currently studying in Pedagogia, Letras, or related teaching degrees.
• Fluent English.
