Operations and EPC + Hydro Projects Leader

JOB PURPOSE

Lead the integral execution of MAPER S.A.S. EPC + HYDRO projects, ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, scope, and expected profitability.

The role will be responsible for coordinating technical and operational teams, managing resources associated with projects, monitoring their execution, and maintaining a close and effective relationship with clients, suppliers, contractors, and strategic allies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects in the EPC and HYDRO areas.
• Coordinate and support the leaders and engineers responsible for each project.
• Guarantee compliance with time, cost, quality, scope, and contractual commitments.
• Perform monitoring and control of costs, seeking to protect project profitability.
• Adequately assign and manage the human, technical, and economic resources required for execution.
• Coordinate the relationship with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and strategic allies.
• Provide support to the commercial team in the preparation of offers and bidding processes from the technical component.
• Maintain a close relationship with clients and contribute to meeting their expectations and satisfaction.
• Timely identify problems, risks, and deviations, taking the necessary decisions to guarantee the proper execution of projects.
• Promote continuous improvement and the efficiency of operational processes.
• Monitor management indicators and project results.
• Support the development of new business opportunities and technical solutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Professional education:

• Professional in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Automation Engineering, or related fields.

Complementary education:

• Specialization in Project Management, Operations, or related areas.

Knowledge:

• Technical English.
• Project management tools.
• Technological tools applicable to the operation.

Experience:

• Between 7 and 10 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading projects and work teams in related areas.
• Experience in EPC, electrical, automation, energy, or water infrastructure projects.
• Experience in managing budgets, costs, suppliers, and contractors.

They must have the capacity to maintain an integral vision of the operation and, at the same time, get involved in technical and administrative details when necessary.

THE CHALLENGE

We are looking for a person who wants to assume a fundamental role in the growth of MAPER S.A.S., integrating into its culture and consolidating themselves as a true leader of the operation.

The main challenge will be to connect the technical part, the projects, the work teams, and the business results, ensuring efficient and profitable execution of EPC + HYDRO projects.

Remuneration: $7,000,000 monthly fixed salary + variable component for achievement of objectives, subject to the results of the operation and the fulfillment of established goals.
