Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Product Development: Introduce innovative crop nutrition products and specialty fertilizer solutions to the market.
Opportunity Identification: Actively prospect for new business opportunities within the fertilizer, greenhouse, horticulture, and specialty agriculture segments.
Industry Representation: Represent Manuchar at key industry events, exhibitions, and agricultural conferences.
Your Profile: Business Builder with Agricultural Expertise
We are looking for a Sales Hunter , not a traditional Sales Representative. We need someone with strong commercial drive, technical knowledge, and an established network within the agricultural industry.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Crop Nutrition, Fertilizers, Agrochemicals, Agricultural Inputs, or related industries.
Strong technical and commercial understanding of: Fertilizers
Water-soluble fertilizers
Specialty nutrients
Crop nutrition programmes
Greenhouse and horticulture applications
Proven ability to develop new business and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Strong network within the Egyptian agricultural market.
BS/MS Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, customer focus, and market knowledge.
Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., D365 F&O) is considered an advantage.
