IT Administrative Technician

What will be your main challenges
- Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users, resolving incidents related to hardware, software, networks, and corporate systems.
- Administer and maintain the technological infrastructure, ensuring the availability and correct functioning of servers, networks, computer equipment, and technological services.
- Install, configure, and update workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other technological equipment.
- Manage access, permissions, and technological resources, ensuring compliance with information security policies.
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of software solutions, including both internal developments and third-party applications.
- Collaborate on technological modernization projects, process automation, and continuous improvement.
- Execute preventive and corrective tasks that contribute to minimizing risks and operational interruptions.
- Participate in initiatives linked to cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and operational continuity.
- Prepare technical documentation, procedures, manuals, and management reports for the area.
- Train and assist users in the use of technological tools, promoting best practices and efficient use of available resources.

- Advanced students or graduates in Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática, Analista en infraestructura, or related careers.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in positions related to technical support, infrastructure, or systems administration.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux environment administration.
- Experience in network management, connectivity, protocols, and infrastructure services.
- Knowledge of virtualization, server administration, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and practices.
- Experience in installation and maintenance of corporate hardware and software.
- Proficiency with documentation tools, incident management, and user support.
- Technical English level for reading and interpreting specialized documentation.
