Massive Recruitment Leader - Advanced English
Your tasks
What will you do? Lead and develop operational recruitment teams. Ensure compliance with coverage and revenue objectives. Design and implement innovative talent attraction strategies. Supervise massive recruitment processes for operational, logistics, technical, and industrial positions. Manage indicators, metrics, and action plans. Coordinate job fairs, recruitment modules, flyering, and field activations. Manage client relationships and provide follow-up on critical vacancies. Detect coverage risks and generate timely solutions.

Experience in Staffing, Human Capital, RPO, or specialized recruitment companies. Availability for field activities. Intermediate or advanced English. (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
