We are looking for a Java Technical Lead / Enterprise Architect with solid experience in solution architecture, Java development, microservices, and Cloud technologies, capable of leading technical teams and defining standards that ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with business needs. The position will play a key role in architecture definition, platform integration, technical governance, and leadership of development teams of approximately 8 to 10 collaborators.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and define scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solution architectures.
  • Technically lead development and architecture teams.
  • Define and ensure compliance with architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
  • Design and implement solutions based on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and APIs.
  • Define integration strategies between internal systems, Cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of solutions in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation practices.
  • Guarantee the application of application security best practices.
  • Supervise aspects of observability, monitoring, and support of production environments.
  • Participate in digital transformation and technological evolution initiatives.

Technical requirements:

Architecture and development

  • Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture.
  • Java + Spring Boot.
  • Microservices and distributed architectures.
  • API design and integration.
  • Enterprise integration.

Cloud & DevOps

  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Docker and Kubernetes.
  • CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
  • API Management: APIM / APIC.

Security

  • Application security.
  • OAuth2, JWT, Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of OWASP best practices.

Databases

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Oracle
  • SQL Server
  • DB2
  • MySQL

Frontend

  • Knowledge of technologies such as Angular, React, and web technologies.

Leadership and technical governance

  • Leadership of technical teams.
  • Definition of architecture standards and guidelines.
  • Ability to make technical decisions and communicate solutions to different levels.
  • Experience participating in technological transformation and modernization projects.
