Main function. Provide the assigned client portfolio of the Mass Affluent Advance and Premier segments with the highest level of service for their day-to-day financial requirements, as well as personalized advisory aimed at satisfying their financial needs in the short, medium, and long term. Perform timely retention of their portfolio as well as grow the product portfolio of assigned clients through the support of the business units.

Requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in the Economic-Administrative, Financial, or Engineering area.
• Experience in service and/or customer care, minimum 4 years.
• Experience in sales, minimum 4 years, preferably in the financial sector.
• Experience in Premier products and services, minimum 2 years.
• AMIB Figure 1 Certification.
• Knowledge of markets and external regulations.
• Knowledge of Financial Mathematics.
• Operational systems and branch procedures.
• Intermediate English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Business identification and development.
• Portfolio management.
• Passion for sales.
• Detection of client needs.
• Schedule from Monday to Saturday.
