• Posting of vacancies
• Competency-based interviewing
• Hunting
• Application of tests
• Candidate follow-up
• Meeting monthly vacancy coverage goals

What do you need?

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mass recruitment of administrative and/or specialized profiles
• CONVERSATIONAL English
• Proficiency in Office suite
