DevOps Junior - On-site (CDMX)

Are you passionate about automating, scaling, and building high-performance Cloud platforms? We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in Cloud environments and DevOps practices to join our Operations & Infrastructure team. You will be responsible for designing, automating, and optimizing the infrastructure that supports critical applications, implementing secure, scalable, and highly available solutions. What will you do?

• Design and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Manage Git repositories under the GitFlow methodology.
• Automate infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools).
• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP).
• Manage container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, ECS, or similar).
• Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting strategies.
• Manage access, permissions, and security policies following the principle of least privilege.
• Manage load balancers, proxies, and infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with Development and Product teams to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement through the automation of operational processes.

What we are looking for:

• Engineering in Systems, Informatics, Computing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Solid experience in AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Mastery of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Linux server administration.
• Experience with monitoring and observability (Grafana, CloudWatch, Fluentd, or similar).
• Knowledge of networking, security, SSL/TLS, SSH, load balancers, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Programming or scripting in Python, Bash, and/or JavaScript.
• Intermediate English for reading technical documentation.
