PL/SQL Developer - On-site (CDMX)

Your tasks

Do you have experience developing solutions in PL/SQL and Oracle Database and are you interested in participating in projects where you can work with critical processes, query optimization, and large volumes of information?

Job Objective We are looking for a PL/SQL Developer responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining PL/SQL-based solutions, ensuring correct operation, efficiency, stability, and information integrity.

The position will interact with Backend Development, DBA, and Infrastructure/DevOps teams to implement and maintain technological solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain components in PL/SQL.
• Create and modify Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers.
• Analyze functional requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and processes through tuning and development best practices.
• Design efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Participate in unit testing, validations, and error resolution.
• Document technical and functional developments.
• Propose performance and efficiency improvements for data processes.
• Work under agile methodologies and collaborate with other developers.
• Use version control tools and development best practices.
• Collaborate with Backend, DBA, and Infrastructure/DevOps teams on integrations and deployments.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in PL/SQL development.
• Solid experience working with Oracle Database.

Experience developing -Stored Procedures -Functions -Packages -Triggers -Experience in SQL and query optimization / SQL Tuning. -Knowledge of modeling and basic database administration. -Experience working with version control, preferably Git. -Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative work. -Technical English.

It will be a plus -Experience in the financial sector. -Experience working with large volumes of information. -Knowledge of ETL and data processing. -Experience with continuous integration. -Experience working with batch processes. -Education in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.
