Data Engineer – Remote

We are looking for a Data Engineer with experience in the construction, optimization, and integration of data pipelines to participate in projects oriented toward the processing, transformation, and availability of information in cloud environments.

Modality: Remote Location: Ciudad de México Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks.
• Integrate and transform information coming from different sources.
• Develop advanced queries using SQL.
• Automate processes and tasks through Python.
• Ensure the quality, availability, security, and efficiency of data.
• Work with data architectures and processes within Azure environments.
• Implement and maintain solutions based on Delta Lake.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of data engineering processes.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in positions related to Data Engineering, Data Science, or data management.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Experience using Python for automation and data processing.
• Knowledge of Delta Lake.
• Experience working in cloud environments, mainly Microsoft Azure.
• Intermediate English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computing, or related fields.
