Purchasing and Foreign Trade Assistant (maternity cover)

What do you need to perform in this role? Training in Foreign Trade, International Business, Administration, or related fields. Minimum of one year of experience in import tracking, international purchasing, or similar positions. Intermediate English level, mainly for written communication with overseas suppliers. Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Perform tracking of import and export processes. Monitor stock levels and collaborate in supply planning. Maintain daily contact with national and international suppliers. Coordinate actions with Logistics, Production, and other internal areas to ensure supply in a timely and proper manner. Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and associated documentation. Manage administrative information and prepare tracking reports. Identify deviations and perform the corresponding follow-up until resolution.
