Junior Trade Execution Analyst / CABA (Comex)

An important Argentine group dedicated to agricultural production and the international trade of agricultural specialties is looking for a Junior Trade Execution Analyst to join the Foreign Trade team.

The position is oriented towards profiles with initial experience in exports who wish to develop professionally within a dynamic company, participating in the coordination and execution of end-to-end foreign trade operations.

Main responsibilities

• Provide support in the execution and monitoring of export shipments.
• Manage documentation linked to foreign trade operations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, port terminals, fiscal warehouses, and other logistics providers.
• Monitor shipment permits and complementary documentation.
• Coordinate space reservations (bookings) and shipment tracking.
• Provide support in the consolidation and dispatch of merchandise.
• Keep records and documentation for each operation updated in the management systems.
• Monitor critical export deadlines and collaborate in the resolution of operational deviations.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Advanced students or graduates of Foreign Trade, International Relations, Administration, or related careers.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in positions linked to foreign trade, exports, or international logistics.
• Intermediate English for reading and managing documentation and emails.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Organized profile, detail-oriented, and with the ability to work following procedures.

Valued

• Knowledge of export of commodities, grains, or food.
• Familiarity with maritime and port logistics processes.
• Experience using management ERP.
