HR Analyst - English / Hybrid
About the company
A global services company is looking for talent to join the HR Operations team.
Your tasks
What will you do in the role? You will be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle in different Latin American countries, ensuring the correct execution of Human Resources processes and the quality of information in HRIS systems.
Main responsibilities
- Management of onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding processes
- Administration of employee inquiries via ticketing system
- Handling information in HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.)
- Control and monitoring of absences, vacations, medical leaves, and attendance
- Review of monthly reports
- Support in process improvements and data control
- Attention to collaborators with a service-oriented approach
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, HR, or related field
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources processes, personnel administration, or related.
- Desirable: Handling of ticketing systems
- Intermediate Excel
- Intermediate-advanced English

- Monthly salary: $30,000 gross.
