Aftersales Analyst (Motorcycle Industry) Temporary

We are selecting for an important automotive company for the motorcycle area.

Work Zone:

Tortuguitas

Working Day:

Monday to Friday from 8 to 17 hs. / 9 to 18hs.

Employment Scheme:

Hybrid (3 days in-person and 2 days Home Office)

Hiring:

hiring through a consultancy, for an indefinite period

Among your tasks are included:

• Manage and follow up on Customer Support and Aftersales operations for Motorrad.
• Monitor management indicators, billing, and achievement of objectives for the dealer network.
• Provide support to dealers on matters related to spare parts, accessories, and aftersales processes.
• Coordinate actions and requirements with regional and international teams.
• Manage warranties, technical campaigns, and special cases.
• Perform follow-up on stock, logistics, and spare parts supply.
• Coordinate with suppliers the purchase and administration of spare parts and accessories.
• Participate in business planning and follow-up, including pricing and results analysis.
• Keep information updated in SAP and other internal systems.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduates in Business Administration, Engineering, or related careers.
• Minimum experience of 3 to 4 years in positions linked to Customer Support, Aftersales, Aftersales, Commercial Operations, or dealer management.
• Advanced English (mandatory), with daily interaction with regional and international teams.
• Proficiency in IT tools. Experience with SAP and PowerPoint will be valued.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer orientation.
• Autonomous profile, with initiative, organizational capacity, and results orientation.
• Experience riding motorcycles and a valid motorcycle driver's license (mandatory).

It will be valued:

• Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, or machinery industry.
• Knowledge of the aftersales, spare parts, and accessories business.
• Experience working with dealer networks.
• Basic technical product knowledge.
• Interest and affinity for the world of motorcycles.
