Your tasks
Main functions
- Administration and auditing of billing for HR and benefits providers
- Payment management, invoice validation, and budget control
- Coordination with providers for enrollments, terminations, and changes in benefits
- Analysis of headcount, payroll, bonuses, and financial records
- Follow-up on incidents and operational escalations
- Ensuring compliance and correct documentation of processes
Requirements
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in billing processes, provider payments, and benefits administration
- Proficiency in Office suite
- Intermediate-advanced English (indispensable)
- Experience with systems such as Oracle EBS, Coupa, Concur (desirable)
- Experience in AP (Accounts Payable) processes
What we offer
Offer and Conditions
- Monthly salary: $38,000 gross
