Comex Analyst Jr/Ssr / CABA

We are selecting for an important multinational leading company in the consumer goods and technology sector, linked to Foreign Trade operations and customs management.

Work area: Saavedra, CABA Working day: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hs. Work modality: Hybrid (3 days in-person and 2 days of home office). Contract type: Permanent for an indefinite period, through a consultancy.

Mission of the position

Provide support in the monitoring, control, and administration of documentation linked to import and export operations, guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures and current regulations. The objective is to ensure the availability of imported merchandise, as well as the correct management and dispatch of exports for the company's different businesses.

Main responsibilities

• Provide support in the control and monitoring of shipments, nationalization processes, and customs clearance, ensuring the availability of raw materials and finished products.
• Perform monitoring and tracking of import and export operations according to corporate guidelines.
• Detect and report deviations in established procedures, providing information for decision-making.
• Stay updated regarding changes in customs and foreign trade regulations.
• Supervise the information entry performed by customs brokers, as well as the generation, administration, and closing of files in One Source.
• Prepare and manage operational and financial reports for the monitoring of operations and the management of foreign payments.
• Ensure the correct registration of operations in One Source and its integration with SAP.
• Analyze and report impacts derived from regulatory and customs modifications.

Requirements

• Advanced student or graduate of careers linked to Foreign Trade, Customs Broker, or related fields.
• Verifiable experience in import and/or export operations.
• Intermediate English (oral and written).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in One Source (valued).
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies (desirable).
• Analytical, organized profile oriented to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and excellent interpersonal relations.
• Proactivity and ability to operate in dynamic environments.

It will be especially valued

• Previous experience working with customs brokers and logistics operators.
• Knowledge of Argentine customs regulations and international trade processes.
• Combined use of SAP + One Source + Excel, considered a differentiator for the position.
