Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in corporate environments to join a technology and business team, driving the adoption of agile practices and ensuring continuous delivery of value.

Modality: Remote Reference location: Ciudad de México

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and events, ensuring discipline, transparency, and traceability.
• Promote the correct application of Scrum and other agile practices.
• Identify and remove impediments related to organizational, regulatory, and governance dependencies.
• Accompany the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and management.
• Coordinate collaboration between business, technology, compliance, risk, legal teams, and providers.
• Track agile metrics, KPIs, and team progress.
• Drive continuous improvement and cultural transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate change management towards agile working models.
• Support agile scaling initiatives and coordination between multiple teams.
• Identify operational and technological risks and follow up on mitigation actions.
• Maintain the documentation and traceability required by internal processes and audits.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar agile positions.
• Experience working within large-scale corporate organizations.
• Experience working with technology teams and business areas.
• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Experience or knowledge in agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
• Knowledge of agile governance, dependency management, and risk management.
• Management of agile metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Miro.
• General knowledge of internal controls, audit, compliance, or information security.

It will be considered a plus:

• Experience in banking, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Experience in agile portfolio management.
• Participation in agile scaling initiatives.
